Feedback Form

Creating feedback forms using JotForms was very interesting to me. I like how anyone can use this to gather information about what people think of your website. You can create your custom ratings and get information from the user when they provide it. Your able to customize the forms in any way you want. I think this could come in handy for me with customer service issues.
